The casino has a relaxed vibe, which makes for a comfortable gaming experience. Check-in took way too long; I waited over an hour. Enjoyed the comedy shows available at night. Some areas are still under renovation, which was quite inconvenient.

The hotel is surrounded by numerous attractions within a short stroll, including the Wynn, The Venetian, and MGM Grand, all just a few minutes away, making it super easy to soak in the vibrant Las Vegas atmosphere; plus there’s a Starbucks and some great restaurants like the Voodoo Steakhouse just steps from the entrance, allowing for convenient dining options after a fun day of exploring, and the spacious, clean rooms with comfortable amenities added to a pleasant stay, but the check-in process could use some improvement.

Spacious room, spacious amenities with clean accommodations and a convenient location that made it easy to explore the attractions nearby.
Nothing, all great.

The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There were great activities for kids, and the food options were decent.
It wasn’t wallet-friendly, but it was manageable.

My room was newly renovated and way bigger than expected! The food options were amazing—Pho, Dim Sum, and Korean BBQ hit the spot! The pool was perfect for relaxing after a wild day.
would be happy to recommend 🥰🎉

The rooms are spacious and have great views. The casino is fun with lots of games and a relaxed vibe. Wait times for check-in were frustrating, and some areas feel outdated. Don't expect the pools to always be open as advertised.

Checking in late was a nightmare. It felt like our room just had someone in it. The staff took forever to figure out our charges, and the clean floor was obviously neglected. Honestly, I was ready to leave after that!

The room was spacious and modern, which I appreciated. the pillows were small and offered little support, making it uncomfortable at times. The bathroom lighting was inadequate, especially with a bulb blowing out during our stay, forcing us to use a lamp. Noise was an issue; we could hear the mechanical sounds from the roof. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor as well, necessitating the use of my cellphone hotspot. While the overall cleanliness was satisfactory, some maintenance issues were evident. Despite this, the staff's warmth enhanced our experience significantly.

Check-in took an eternity—almost two hours, with only one person behind the desk. The room was surprisingly spacious with a decent view, but the worn-out carpet and stained sofa were hard to overlook. The pool closed too early, cutting our plans short, and it felt like half the amenities were shuttered. I appreciated the free self-parking, but the overpriced cocktails served in flimsy cups missed the mark. A strange banging noise haunted me through the night, adding to the uneasy vibe. Not a place I'd return to, but it squeezed by for a night.

Room matched online pictures perfectly. Mid-week rate was a steal. Loved the jetted bathtub. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, the staff pleasant, and rooms a decent size and clean. the absence of coffee makers was a major inconvenience. Waiting in line for overpriced Starbucks every morning was not ideal. Amenities were lacking. Overpriced drinks, limited dining options, and a lengthy check-in process marred the experience. The lack of live music was disappointing. Renovations are overdue; our room was outdated and not clean. Armed guards at the elevator added to an uneasy feeling. Safe choices abound elsewhere; I won't be returning here.

The Rio Hotel & Casino is ideally situated, offering a variety of nearby dining choices. the check-in process was frustratingly long and the room decor felt outdated. While the space was spacious and clean, it lacked basic amenities like a microwave.

The view from my room makes you feel like a rock star. The staff is attentive and genuinely friendly, especially the maintenance guy and bellman.
The couch in my room should probably be sent to retirement.

Loved the quick access to the Strip and having awesome spots like Hash House a GoGo on-site! The staff was super friendly and fast with housekeeping. My room was huge with a nice pool view, though the bathroom could've been cleaner. The AC in my room didn’t work, which was a bummer.

Our family had a blast at VooDoo Beach, a tropical paradise offering non, stop fun. The kids enjoyed the lively atmosphere and water activities. The resort's amenities like the rooftop nightclub and souvenir shop added to our unforgettable experience. We also caught a show by the world, famous Chippendales!
My wife says that the resort could benefit from having more kid, friendly dining options.

Spent Christmas in a spacious suite with comfy mattress. Great location close to parking and casino. Enjoyed the big rooms and ease of express check-in kiosks.
Long wait times for check-in, slow service at reception, and misleading information about pool hours. Room cleanliness was disappointing, with leftovers on the table.

Loved the spacious room with old-school charm. The casino was lively, and the staff top-notch. A night at the rooftop bar was the highlight. Security saved my wallet! Not many rivals in the gaming area.
I felt like the only guest playing.

My friends and I had a blast at the VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub and VooDoo Beach - they were lit! The DJ was fire, and the beach had all the summer vibes we needed. Plus, the staff was cool and kept the party going!
We wished there was a bit more variety in the nightlife scene to cater to different tastes for us young partygoers.

Let's start with what I liked - the room was pretty decent overall. It had a flat-screen TV, which was a nice touch for winding down after a long day exploring the city. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciate a good night's sleep. there were a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations. For starters, the heating and air conditioning system in the room was a bit wonky. It struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, which made sleeping a bit challenging at times. Another thing that bugged me was the lack of ironing facilities in the room. As someone who likes to keep their clothes wrinkle-free, not having access to an iron was a bit inconvenient. The hotel itself felt a bit outdated and in need of some TLC. The garden furniture by the pool was worn out, and some of the chairs looked like they had seen better days. It would be nice to see some upgrades in that area. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, and the housekeeping service did a good job of keeping the room clean. I also appreciated the valet parking service, which made coming and going a lot easier. my stay at the Rio had its ups and downs. While there were some areas that could use improvement, I still managed to enjoy my time there exploring Las Vegas. If you decide to stay at the Rio, just keep in mind that it might not be the most modern or luxurious option in the city.

Enjoyed having Starbucks and a nice pool to relax during my Christmas stay. The location was about a 30-minute walk from the main attractions, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience more enjoyable.
The rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes, making it uncomfortable for those with allergies. The lines at the front desk were long, and the service was slow.

Comfortable beds, welcoming staff, good-sized rooms with nice views, and great chips at Guy Fieri's restaurant.
Felt spoilt, no complaint.

the room was spacious and the staff was attentive. loved the location and easy access to the strip. the hotel offers shuttles to the strip every half hour - which is super convenient. the best part was the comfortable chairs at the sports book and the awesome service from the waitress named gigi.
Do recommend

The massive suite at Rio was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of space and a cozy sitting area. The friendly staff promptly delivered fresh towels when requested. The ample room made for a comfortable stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

The customer service at Rio was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to make me feel welcome. I loved the complimentary bottles of water offered by the lady at the front desk, and the convenience of the snack store near the elevators. The location, while not on the strip, was still convenient enough. The room was spacious, and though a little outdated, it didn't bother me much. I had a great time enjoying the pool, the casino, and the delicious food options.
That the pool closed early, limiting my evening relaxation time.
